Conrad Pogorzelski

FOUNDING PARTNER

Conrad Pogorzelski is a native of North Carolina, and grew up in Gaston County. His first job in politics was knocking on doors for his Congressman, where he learned to talk to voters and the importance of grassroots campaigning.

Conrad attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he graduated with honors, earning a Bachelors of Science in Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. At UNCC, Conrad served first as the secretary for College Republicans, and then as the Chairman during the 2016 cycle.

In 2019, he began working with future Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson, orchestrating both his primary win (against nine opponents, avoiding a runoff) and general election victories in 2020.

In the general election, Robinson was outspent when Michael Bloomberg poured over $8 million dollars into the race. However, with a clear plan and message, the campaign was successful and made history. On January 4, 2021, Mark Robinson was sworn in as the first black Lieutenant Governor of North Carolina; Conrad joined him as Chief of Staff, becoming the youngest individual to hold that position in North Carolina history.

Conrad and his wife, Victoria, reside in Clayton, North Carolina.
